Fc mobile touch not working

Subject: FC Mobile 26.0.01 – Touchscreen completely unresponsive on REDMAGIC Nova tablet

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a serious touchscreen issue with EA SPORTS FC Mobile on my REDMAGIC Nova Gaming Tablet.

Device information:

- Device: REDMAGIC Nova Gaming Tablet (NP03J)

- Android version: Android 16

- REDMAGIC OS: 11.0.6_NP03J_GB

- Game version: FC Mobile 26.0.01

- Installation source: Google Play Store

Issue description:

The touchscreen works normally on the initial birth month and year selection screen.

However, after passing this screen, all in-game buttons become completely unresponsive.

I cannot tap Continue, EA Account, Facebook, or any other button on the sign-in screen. The same issue occurs in the main menu, including the News and Unclaimed Items pop-ups.

The game continues running and displaying animations, but none of the buttons respond to touch.

Even the Google Play Games sign-in pop-up does not respond while the game is running.

Troubleshooting already performed:

- Reinstalled the game and cleared its cache.

- Restarted the tablet.

- Changed the screen refresh rate to 60 Hz.

- Removed the game from REDMAGIC Game Space.

- Disconnected the Xbox controller and disabled Bluetooth.

- Checked accessibility services and overlay permissions.

- Enabled Android's Show taps and Pointer location options, which confirmed that the operating system detects touches.

- Tested the same FC Mobile and Google accounts on a Google Pixel phone, where the game works normally.

Expected behavior:

All buttons should respond normally to touchscreen input.

Actual behavior:

Touch input is ignored after the initial age selection screen.

Please investigate whether this is a compatibility issue between FC Mobile, Android 16, and REDMAGIC Nova / REDMAGIC OS 11.

I can provide screenshots and a video demonstrating the issue.

Thank you.
