Fc mobile

I can't play a game on fc mobile. Everytime I try to play a match or skill game it stays on the loading screen. Even in Head to Head or Vs Attack it is the same. And I can't delete the game and restart as I would lose all my player, gems and coins. 

Please fix this or find another that I can keep all my stuff and play my favourite game again.
