fc offer 181 error

Hello EA Sports.I just made a purchase of a daily pack worth RM7.50 in Malaysian currency. After that, I found that no pack came out after the purchase.Can you refund back my fc offer 181 that i purchase for my account?I hope EA can solve this bug and refund back my fc offer or money.
