Fc points 2x promo not working
Paid for this and never got it plus no one answers on the help section, any ideas??? This is messing my team organization and everything specially before the new refresh tn

Hi there — it looks like j6mlgej34vnt is reporting missing FC Mobile Points. If restarting the game after completing the transaction didn’t help, please use the in-game Customer Service tab so the team can check your order. Make sure to prepare your proof of purchase as explained on our website.

I also have this problem, when I go to the FC store in game I get the error : There has been an error with the Fc store checkout. And when I purchase from PS Store directly my points never show up.
