Still missing fc points hours after purchase

I brought 2800fc points earlier today and 6 hours later they’re still not here is anyone else having the same problem .

Hi everyone I bought FC points before four days at the first fay of toty but I didn’t get this points. I contact with EA support and I contact with Sony support no one help me to get back my FC points. Anyone happens with you?

Hey a51d6e0207136005 what did our live support team advise when you spoke with them? Did they request proof of purchase or anything else?
