FC points are disappearing

Hi,

I bought a starpass a while back and was hanging on to the Fc points to decide when to spend them. I already had the feeling that the number of points was lowering by itself, but now I know for sure. I had 50 points left earlier this week and today this is down to 5 points with me spending any.

anybody has the same problem or know how to get in touch with EA (because that looks impossible to do so).

    When you contacted Support through the in-game Help - Customer Service option, did you make sure to select the case category related to missing FC Points or purchases?

    Hi. We can’t check your account or transaction history here on the forums, please contact the Support team through the in-game Help - Customer Service option. They’ll be able to review your FC Points history and check what the points were used for.

    How can I send a message to Customer Service? Because I can only get to articles and if I select “chat with us” I still only get an AI agent with a dropdown list
