Fc Points Saying Failed When I try to pay again gift card payment gone

I wanted to buy some fc points with a gift card of 1000+1000 and it says failed so I try to do it again and my payment was no longer there so I thought it went through and EA has even given my fc points i tried to buy like I just wasted money on this game to not get anything and im frustrated

Has money been taken out of your account or gift card, or not? If it has, raise a ticket with the helpdesk via the in-game menu, stating missing content, so EA Helpdesk can look into it and check the transactions on your account. Forums can't help with purchase issues.
