FC Pro Mid-Season event: 4th daily task completion gives no resource

Hello, EA team, there a bug in my account. This is my uid - [mod edit - removed ] in activity section

FC Pro Mid- Season Playoffs Celebration When I wanted to get these prizes that can be obtained after doing 4 tasks since day 1 but i have not received any rewards yet please solve this ASAP. Even though I have done it, still it did not give my 500 shards and gems back. So please EA fix this.

    This is a known issue, and it has been reported to the devs.

    No update at this point.

    Will solve this thread for visibility only. The issue is still ongoing.

    I’ve got the same problem, i completed all the tasks and didn’t get anything, hope they solve this problem soon

    Pro Mid-Season Playoffs Celebration — missing rewards. I. I also completed Day 4 (4/4), but I did not receive the FC Draft Voucher. I have screenshots showing both rewards at 4/4. Please check my account and grant the missing rewards

    Hello. I did the tasks from activities. From day 3 to day 4 I haven’t got those big rewards and they’re checked as collected. Can anyone help me?

    I am missing my Mid-Season Bangkok rewards, including the 500 star shards milestone on Day 2. On Days 3, 4, and 5, the in-game FCM TV button completely glitched out. It showed an infinite 15-second spinning loading wheel and a broken YouTube button, preventing me from completing the watch tasks. Please review my account activity and manually push my missing shards and event rewards to my inbox due to this widespread server error.

    Subject: Mid-Season Claim Bug

     

    Dear Support,

     

    Mid-Season tasks auto-complete with a green tick before I claim. Rewards don't arrive.

     

    Repro: Complete tasks → return to menu → tick appears, no claim button, no reward.

     

    Device: [model] | OS: [version] | UID: [ID]

     

    Please fix and compensate. Need screenshots? Let me know.
