Feedback on FC Mobile Events and F2P Player Experience

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,

I have been playing FC Mobile for a long time, and I would like to share my honest feedback as a free-to-play (F2P) player.

The game is becoming less enjoyable because F2P players spend weeks collecting gems, but when we finally open event packs, we often receive the same player multiple times instead of useful rewards. Getting duplicate players two or three times after saving gems for so long is extremely frustrating and makes the effort feel wasted.

It feels like the game heavily favors pay-to-play (P2P) players. Players who spend money progress much faster, while F2P players struggle despite investing a lot of time and effort. This creates an unfair experience and reduces the excitement of participating in events.

To be honest, the current pack system feels less like a football game and more like a casino. Players spend weeks saving gems only to rely on luck, often receiving duplicate rewards instead of meaningful progress. A football game should reward skill, effort, and dedication—not just luck or spending money.

I respectfully request that you:

- Improve pack luck for players who save gems.

- Reduce duplicate player rewards.

- Add better guaranteed rewards for F2P players.

- Make events more rewarding based on effort, not only on spending money.

I enjoy FC Mobile and want to continue playing, but the current reward system is making the game feel repetitive and discouraging. I hope you will consider this feedback and make future events more balanced and enjoyable for everyone.
