Purchase i don’t know about

I’m normally a free to play player, but for some reason my account got charged for a purchase I don’t know about and since I’ve switched phones, the phone I’m using now is basically block with cameras cause I can’t download on AppStore since this “purchase” is pending and I’m stuck with a phone that can’t download anything…can someone help, cause I’ve even tried using my family members phones still nothing.

    Thank you very much for getting back to me but I ended up sorting the issue out…there was a fault on my banks end.

    Hey sdm5ogsu98yx​,

    Unfortunately we can't look into purchases and the like here on the forums, but this is certainly a confusing situation, especially if you've never purchased anything from us yourself. You may need to reach out to Apple support so they can take a look at that purchase for you. I'd point you to our live support team, but unless you reach out in-game or know your User ID, they won't be able to locate the right account.
