Festive Fixtures Badge - +1 OVR Boost Issue

Greetings! I raised the level of the Festive Fixtures badge to the third one, but it doesn't add +1 OVR. I thought it was a visual bug, I logged in, played Division Rivals, created new lineups, but...

    Thanks for flagging this, everyone — we appreciate all the reports about the OVR issue after levelling the badge.
    We’ve looked into it, and this should now be fixed. Please fully restart the game and check if the problem is resolved.

I recently managed to max out the festive fixture badge yet when I add it to my team it doesn't increase the ovr by 1. The strange thing is the game knowledges this by showing your what your ovr should be when switching players yet it still isn't actually applied both visually and in gameplay like in VSA.

Please I would appriciate a fix or solution as I have spent a lot of money on trying to upgrade the festive fixtures badge to max.

    I have the same problem but with Glorius era badge. Please fix this EA.
