FIFA mobile not getting rewards from Puzzle & Chaos

Hi everybody,

this morning a purchased the monthly pass for Puzzle & Chaos and upgraded my castle also to level 5 but got no reward from FIFA Mobile in gems… I did every step correctly and before today I got gems correctly. Anybody could explain to me how do I get my rewards now ?

Hey there—thanks for reaching out on the forums. In this case, please contact in-game Tapjoy support directly, as they can verify whether your progress was tracked and if the rewards were granted correctly.
