What kind of game is this, man? Every time I join a match, I get 118, 119, 120 OVR. Fix the game's matchmaking already!

These are the most common OVRs that your opponents would have, so while the matchmaking has its quirks, it's unsurprising to see anyone matched up with such teams, especially after the "season" reset, where everyone gets dialled back to lower divisions.
