Footyverse chapter 111 player reward not opening
I have an issue with this can anybody help plz?its only 2 days before the end of the event

I am unable to claim the 111 player from the supply depot. I have already claimed all available rewards and possess sufficient Footverse points, yet the system is preventing me from acquiring the 111 player.
Force close the app, if you are on android clear your game cache, restart the device - see if that helps
