Footyverse chapter 111 player reward not opening

I have an issue with this can anybody help plz?its only 2 days before the end of the event CM note: We’ve passed the information to the team — thanks for reporting this!

Hello,
In the Footyverse event, in the Supply Depot tab, all the rewards show as collected. However, the Footyverse Player 111 pack remains locked and says it will only unlock after collecting all rewards.
All the rewards have already been collected, and I also have the 3,500 tokens required to unlock it.
Could you please check this issue and unlock the reward for me?
