Footyverse chapter 111 player reward not opening

I have 3500+ token now but i can't claim the 111 player reward because it still locked and it says "Unlock after claiming all rewards" even though i've already claimed it all. Also additional bug, when i claimed the 108-111 player pack, the game crashed and i didn't get the player but the pack already ticked, means i can't claim it.

I’m unable to spend my 3500 footyverse tokens on the supply depot page ? after unlocking all the rewards it’s closed on my page and i haven’t claimed it,

I’m experiencing the same issue and it’s frustrating 

Cant claim rewards despite having more than 3500 tokens and claimed all other rewards.

I can't claim the main prize which is overall player 111, I already have 3,500 tokens and still can't, when I press "claim" a notification appears that the internet is "experiencing problems.Please try again later".I hope EA sports will address this issue as it is quite annoying for other users. My account is experiencing a Footyverse event bug. There's a bug in the Footyverse event in the inventory section. I was able to complete it even though the EA game system has already completed it. Please fix that section. I've already completed it. If I'm not mistaken, there's a signal issue where I'm experiencing issues, so it might count as completing everything, even though I remember there was only one remaining claim for the 111-rated player prize. There's no claim written in blue. Please help me fix this.
