Footyverse chapter 111 player reward not opening

EA_Lanna​, The button is greyed out.

In footyverse when I try to buy the 111 player it always crashes and shows error 10000.

The event is about to end,  I need to claim player and put on swap verse,  so pla fix this urgently

same here. until now I cannot claim this even though i already claimed all the other rewards in the supply depot.
