Hello EA Team,
I am having an issue joining or creating a League in EA Sports FC Mobile.
I keep getting the error "UNKNOWN ERROR [10000]" whenever I try to join a new League.
I think my account might have been temporarily restricted because I left and joined several Leagues in a short period of time.
It has already been a few days, and I would really appreciate it if you could check and remove any restriction on my account.
Here are my details:
- Player ID: [removed for account safety]
- Device: Samsung Galaxy A25
- Platform: Android
- Approximate time when issue started: About 3–4 days ago

This game is total **bleep** after update always loading screen while playing match not able to join any league as it show UNKNOWN ERROR 10000 I also changed a connection and tried same problem game crash after I open my notification bar **bleep** experience
ALL THIS PROBLEMS ARE FACED BY ANDROID VERSION
please fix ASAP or lose your players

I joined and quit too many leagues in the same time and now when I try to join a league this appears after I press join , I want solution please I've been waiting for more than 4 hours and tried to delete the game and re install it and tried to reboot my device and all of these didn't work.
My operating system is ANDROID 14

Subject: UNKNOWN ERROR [10000] when joining league
Description:
Hi EA Team,
I’m facing an issue whenever I try to join a league. The game shows the message:
> “UNKNOWN ERROR [10000] – Sorry, something unexpected went wrong. Please make sure you have a reliable network connection and try again.”
After tapping OK, it returns to the previous screen and I can’t join any league.
Details:
Device: Xiaomi Mi 10T
OS: Android 12 (MIUI 14)
Region: India
UID: [removed]
Network: Tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data (same issue)
Game Version: Latest (updated from Play Store, Nov 2025)
What I’ve tried:
• Cleared cache and data
• Reinstalled the game
• Tried on both Wi-Fi and mobile data
• Tested a guest account (it worked fine, so the issue seems account-specific)
Expected:Should be able to join a league normally
Actual: Shows “UNKNOWN ERROR [10000]” every time
Please check my account for any restriction
or bug causing this. Thanks!
Either remove the screenshot or mark out the UID for security reasons.
Can you do anything else in the game, or does this pop-up only come up when you are in the league section, trying to join one? Does it show you anything else? It might be a good idea to grab a screen capture vid and share.
On a side note, why are you league-hopping?This is a very old issue that is supposed to have been fixed quite some time ago.
Have you tried to create a league? You can try adding me in-game (same IGN), and we can see if I can invite you in for testing (however, if you want that, you gotta promise no more league jumping, it's a pretty decent league where if you do your share, you will reap the rewards)- MusaZuhair4 months agoSeasoned Newcomer
It shows just when I press the join button of the league section , nothing else just this in the screenshot , I was hopping between leagues because I was trying to join the better one

Hey Assawinz Could you please clear the cache data on your device and see if that helps?
