Future Stars: Unable to win prizes on replay

I cleared all but one of the prizes on my first pass, but now when I “play again” I am unable to claim the final prize (1k gems for converting a free kick). The screenshot below shows the replay I won with a Ronaldo free kick and the other screenshot shows the 1k gems reward still unavailable to me. Can someone please fix this?

Played it again, and again I completed the free kick, but it didn’t give me credit for the passes from Mastantuonto and I couldn’t collect the prize. I must have made at least 10 passes with him and no dice.
