Game crashing and getting stuck on loading screen

At first I had a problem of not being able to login like being stuck on loading screen but today EA managed to help us but now the game keeps crashing, like when I open a pack like it will load forever then get stuck and on division rivals I have pretty high ping. I thought I had network network issues but that's not the case like on H2H it keeps reconnecting the whole match and it's kinda boring to be honest
