Game freezes mid-match despite excellent green ping (28ms)

Hello EA Support Team,I would like to report a serious server/synchronization bug in FC Mobile. My game completely froze and stopped responding twice during Division Rivals matches.The issue is definitely not from my device or my network connection. As you can see in the attached screenshots, my in-game ping is perfectly stable at 28ms (green indicator). However, the gameplay just locked up completely while I was leading the match.This is very frustrating as it costs me earned wins and rank points. Please check your regional server stability and fix this synchronization bug as soon as possible.Thank you.
