Having a problem of linking

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble linking your FC Mobile account.

To link it to an EA Account, please open FC Mobile, then go to:

Settings > Account Management > Link Accounts > EA Account

Sign in with the EA Account you want to use. You can find the full steps here:

Please make sure you choose the correct EA Account, as an account linked to FC Mobile can’t be unlinked later.

Once the account is linked, sign out of the code redemption website and sign back in using that same EA Account. You can then follow this guide to redeem your code:

If you still can’t link the account, please contact support through the in-game help option and have your FC Mobile User ID ready. Please don’t post your User ID publicly on the forums.
