I've passed on the answers you shared, and we're looking into things. 

For now, could you check if this helps unstick that screen?

  1. Take note of your Google Play Account info (so you can log back in later after testing this)
  2. Log out of the Google play account in "Play Store" app
  3. Uninstall and re-install FCM,
  4. Launch the game again, but make sure not to log into FCM with your linked Google account for now. If you can, manually select another login method for now.
