I've passed on the answers you shared, and we're looking into things.
For now, could you check if this helps unstick that screen?
- Take note of your Google Play Account info (so you can log back in later after testing this)
- Log out of the Google play account in "Play Store" app
- Uninstall and re-install FCM,
- Launch the game again, but make sure not to log into FCM with your linked Google account for now. If you can, manually select another login method for now.
