game login problem

Why can't I log in to the FC Mobile game? Even though my network and storage space are good and there's still a lot, I've tried deleting memory, deleting data, but I still can't log in,I have deleted and re-downloaded the game but still can't log in, please fix the error. 

 

I have provided proof via images, I cannot provide the user ID because I cannot log in.my account nickname (LOISAJA)

    Hi. Sorry to hear that you still cannot access FC Mobile after clearing the game data and reinstalling it. The message you are seeing appears to be the Resource Download Error. Since your connection and storage are available, please try these steps:

    1. Fully close FC Mobile and restart your device.
    2. Make sure both FC Mobile and your device software are updated.
    3. Temporarily disable any VPN, Private DNS, ad blocker, or network-filtering application.
    4. Try opening the game using a different Wi-Fi network, and then try mobile data.
    5. If your progress was linked to an EA Account, Google Play, Apple/Game Center, or Facebook, please test the same login on another compatible device.

    Testing another device is especially important. If the same error appears there, it may indicate whether this is an account-specific issue or a problem with your phone.
