Returning Player Event Bug – "Complete 3 Matches" Mission Not Counting

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a bug with the **"Welcome Back"** event in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

I returned to the game after not playing since **2023**, and I received the Welcome Back event. However, one of the missions is completely broken.

The mission says:

**"Complete 3 matches in any mode (including Skill Games)."**

The progress is permanently stuck at **0/3**.

I have already played **dozens of full matches** in different game modes, including:

* VS Attack

* Head to Head

* Skill Games

* Other available modes

I always finish the matches completely, but the mission never updates.

The other Welcome Back missions work correctly:

* Login mission: Completed.

* Score 5 goals: Completed.

Only the **"Complete 3 matches"** mission is bugged.

Because of this bug, I cannot claim the **115 OVR Welcome Back reward**, especially **Oliver Kahn**, which is a very important reward for my team.

Please investigate my account and manually update or fix this mission so I can continue the Welcome Back event before it expires.
