game said i got banned for hours and its been 5 days
I dont know why but my FC mobile account got banned for hours and i am missing out on important events specifically the glorious eras event pls EA fix my account.

This will generally show violations affecting your entire EA account, though certain titles may not appear here, depending on how they're connected to the account.
That's likely the case with a mobile title like this, but you can still appeal with the webform link in your screenshot and the Terms of Service team will take another look.
