Hi there, Sorry to hear you're running into this issue. Could you let us know a bit more about what's happening? For example, are you seeing this in all game modes? Was that a one-time error, or is it a repeated problem while you are playing?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps and see if that helps improve things for you:
- Completely close and restart FC Mobile.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue occurs on both connections.
- If you're using Wi-Fi, restart your router.
- Disable any VPN services you may have running.
- Clear the FC Mobile app cache (Android) or reinstall the app if the issue continues. (only if your account is linked)
- Log out of your EA account and then log back in.
