Severe Player Control, Passing and Input Delay Issues in H2H

Description

I am experiencing severe and repeated gameplay issues in Head to Head (H2H) matches.

My players frequently fail to control simple passes, respond late to my controls, and make unintended movements. This makes it extremely difficult to maintain possession or create an attack.

This does not appear to be a normal connection problem. During my latest test, my ping was approximately 25 ms, yet the gameplay problems were still occurring.

My team has 126 OVR, while my opponent had 122 OVR, but my players were still consistently struggling with basic controls and ball reception.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open EA SPORTS FC Mobile.
2. Enter Head to Head (H2H).
3. Start a match.
4. Pass the ball directly to a teammate.
5. Observe the receiving player's first touch.
6. Repeat several short passes between teammates.
7. Give movement, passing, and shooting commands.
8. Observe how quickly the players respond to the controls.
9. Attempt to shoot while another teammate is nearby.

Expected Result

• The receiving player should reliably control a normal pass.
• The ball should remain close to the receiving player's feet.
• Players should respond immediately and consistently to user input.
• Teammates should not unnecessarily move into the path of a shot.
• Passing and shooting should behave consistently when the connection is stable.

Actual Result

• 4 out of 5 simple passes in my latest test resulted in poor ball control.
• The ball frequently goes behind the receiving player, passes underneath/around the foot, or appears to hit the player's heel.
• Players frequently respond late to my commands.
• Players sometimes make unwanted movements.
• When I attempt to shoot, another player from my own team sometimes moves directly in front of the shooter and blocks the shot.
• Because of these problems, I cannot build attacks or maintain possession properly.
• The problem occurs even when my ping is approximately 25 ms.

Frequency

Very frequent / occurs repeatedly during matches.

The poor ball control occurred 4 out of 5 times during my latest controlled test.

Connection

Ping during the test: ~25 ms

The issue occurs despite having a low and stable ping.

Additional Information

I have experienced similar player-response and gameplay problems repeatedly, not just in a single match.

I have also noticed similar problems in other game modes, which makes me concerned that this may be related to the gameplay/input system rather than simply my internet connection.

Please investigate this as a possible player-control, input-response, ball-control, or gameplay synchronization bug.
