Gauntlet mode bug

Subject: FC Mobile Kickoff Mission Bug – Gauntlet Match Not Registering

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a bug with the Day 7 Kickoff Missions in FC Mobile.

The mission “Play a Gauntlet Mode match” remains at 0/1 even though I played and won a Gauntlet match with an 18–0 score. I also reset Level 1 and played again, but the mission still does not register as completed.

Because of this issue, I cannot complete the 5th requirement to claim the 15,000 Gems reward.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me complete the mission or receive the reward if eligible?

I have screenshots showing my mission progress and the Gauntlet event.
