Gem error

Hi I did not get my weekly leaderboard awards in mail even after being 2 in vsa and 17 or maybe 18 in h2h I got the ones you get when you click division rivals but not the ones that you get in mail lz give me the gems as I need them for drafts and starshards. It has occurred to me in the ucl event too before tots I also am not able to play club challenge and I get resource error after some time.Plz fix this.
