Login issue

Everytime i trie to login, i just can't login to my account. It shows login failed every single time.btw my account is not banned it can be logged in from another device.

I have tried clearing cache even reinstalling it it the game just won't let me login.  (Device : realme 145g)

Hoping ea willfix this bug.
