Gem rewards

I downloaded the game using the link for 2X gem rewards and leveled up, but I can't get my rewards in any way.

as i said earlier, EA has no control over the third party provider triggering the notification to EA to provide the rewards - you need to take it up with tapjoy or the company who is providing EA notification that you have met the requirements for the rewards
