Gems offer
In fc 26 in store section , complete offer for gems is not available for 3 to 4 months. So, i cannot earn gems. And also ads are not available

Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing with the gems offer? Are you using the in-game store or webstore?
For the ads, could you share a bit more? Are they not popping up when they should? Or are they starting but freezing?
