getting an error while claiming rewards in captain company

am trying to claim my reward in the heroes live event "captain company" but it keeps bringing on an error saying " purchase limit exceeded, please adjust quantity before buying" yet am not buying anything kindly assist

    What happens when the bug occurs? I can't collect my reward.
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:35 Am (05/09/2024)

    i went to collect my reward and showing purchase limit exceeded please adjust quantity before buying and can't collect my reward.

    @21031911 Can you show a picture before the error and tell us which reward you want to claim? Maybe you didn't switch to level 2?
  • I already switch level 2 but it doesn't work. I talk about retro reward of week 2 in 1400 token 97-101 player reward.

    @21031911 Force close - if on Android clear device cache - restart device - try again

    If it is still giving you the same error then contact customer service and tell them you have an account issue
