Give me highest ovr card otherwise you'll lose an active gamer
Hey ea I've already drew 5 set of 10 drafts in the Tots event and I haven't had any 119ovr card . Unless you give me a 119ovr player in my next drafts, I'll no longer be able to play this game . I'll delete the game instantly. So be aware of the matter.

We are not able to grant items upon request like this, so this really just comes down to drawing one using the same odds as everyone else that plays.
You can check the pack probability to see the odds of getting a particular OVR in-game, or check out this page for more information on how that works. Everyone has the same probabilities, so this isn't a situation where we could make things any different for you than everyone else I'm afraid. Best of luck and take care!
