Glitch made me lose 4k fc points

Ea...I bought 2000 rupees worth of fc points from the 2x top up section but sadly the game glitched and didn't give me my fc points ,it's been 2 hours and I haven't got it yet. Kindly fix this issue ...

Restart the game and your device
Check your purchase history in the store you used (Google Play / App Store) to confirm the payment shows as completed and not pending or cancelled.
Make sure date and time are correct on your device
Make sure your region is set correctly
Give it some time, as the purchase may still be processing.

If the item still hasn’t arrived after that, you’ll need to reach out to the in-game support team with as much detail as possible. The team can safely check your account and help with missing purchases.
