Green screen

Hi ea sports I am getting green screen when playing the game in all the events 

crashing

    Hey w1nh3luwai33​. Can you make sure everything is fully up-to-date on your device?
    Please try restarting the game (and your device if possible), then lower your graphics settings and try again. Let me know if that helps.
