H2h disconnect and pack bug

always disconnect me on h2h,**bleep** if i play h2h it's either meet with a hacker or just randomly get disconnected..i play 5 h2h 1 win 2hacker and 2disconnect...that's how bad it get on me..and i face a bug where i spend 30k on gems pack and get nothing all the player i get from the pack are not in my squad..fix it.

Also why my star are decreasing even if the game disconnect me but other didn't when disconnect?
