My Account can’t recognize with EA Web Account

Help EA, in my game FC Mobile, i connect to Apple Account, but in EA Website went i want to redeem code or login in EA Website, don’t recognize one another, Help

    Hi wm289et66x93​,

    Your Apple Account and EA Account are separate login methods. Linking FC Mobile to your Apple Account saves the game progress, but it does not automatically connect that profile to an EA Account for website features such as code redemption.

    In FC Mobile, go to Settings > Account Management > Link Accounts, then select EA Account and sign in with the EA Account you want to use. Please choose carefully, as a linked account can’t be unlinked from the FC Mobile profile afterward.

    After linking, sign in to the redemption website using that same EA Account:

    If the game says an EA Account is already linked or the website still shows a different profile, select Contact us at the bottom of the guide for account assistance.
