Head to Head error

In every head-to-head match, the connection drops before each game, causing me to lose many matches and prizes. I sincerely hope this problem will be fixed, and I would be very grateful.Because after the connection drops, I receive a message saying "An error occurred (pomegranate)," and I'm fed up with this error; it keeps recurring annoyingly and hinders my progress in the game. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.
