In a head-to-head game، when your opponent loses the game for any reason، please let the game end، so it's fair that your opponent leaves the game and the game is counted as a loss.

You mean if the opponent leaves for any reason? Aside from the sore losers or ragequitters you are likely referring to (I agree, that kind of player should be punished with a loss), there will be genuine network dropouts outside of the player's control, and some of the past hacks were causing non-cheaters to drop. Your idea has the potential to penalise a lot of players for no reason.
