Division rivals crash

While I was in the middle of a head to head game my game just crashed while I was in a match, this is bad because I was just about to reach division 2 and head to head doesn't have stars so if I lose a match it will demote me and keep me in division 3 please fix this issue and also bugs in challenge mode matches.
