Hi there. Sorry you’ve been dealing with this for so long. Since reinstalling hasn’t helped, please try these steps and let us know how that goes:
1. Fully restart your phone.
2. Temporarily set your device language to English.
3. If you’re on Android: clear FC Mobile’s cache from your device settings.
4. Check your storage: make sure you have enough free internal space.
5. Toggle Auto-Rotate: turn Auto screen rotation off, then back on.

Hi EA,
thanls so much for responding and giving me steps that were good but it didnt work even thought i did the steps right and nothing new happened i hope that there is a real solution for this problem because i really love FC and i was one of the oldest players of it althought my acc is 2024 but i really love the game
