Hello EA Support Team,
I am unable to log in to my FIFA Mobile account and I keep receiving the following message:
"Account Locked – Error Code: 0x00102710"
The message says the lock is temporary for a few hours, but it has been much longer and the account is still locked.
I kindly request a review of my account and to remove the lock, as I have not used any third-party tools or illegal modifications. I would like to get back to the game as soon as possible.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure why your account might be banned. Our Terms of Service team could take a look into this for you though. To reach them you'll need to send in a ban appeal using the steps below:
If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
