Hero Chronicles “Greetings” quest progress stuck at 7/20

Hello EA Team,I have been logging in every day and claiming the login rewards, but the Hero Chronicles quest “Greetings (Claim 20 Login Rewards)” is not progressing. It has been stuck at 7/20 for several days.Please check and fix this issue.Thank you.&nbsp;(You can also attach a screenshot showing the 7/20 progress.)

Is there any update on this please as I have exactly the same problem on ipad

i note that there is some advice on other posts to come out of the game before daily reset and i’ve tried this, including shutting down the ipad, but coming back after reset and problem still continues with no movement on daily count. This seems to be a long term problem, has this not been resolved?
