I can't get the hero chronicles reward even though I completed the Beckham missions in nightmare mode

I don't understand. Can you explain more please?
Claim the final reward in Hero trial 10 times. If you complete it every day it takes 10 days. Nightmare mode should appear then. We'll see where and how
