Hero Quest Stuck at 7/20

Hi, I’ve been logging in daily and claiming the calendar rewards in FC Mobile, but my Hero Quest “Greetings – Claim 20 Login Rewards” is stuck at 7/20.

It hasn’t moved for over a month, even though I always claim the daily login rewards. I already tried restarting, clearing cache, and reinstalling the game, but the quest still won’t update.

Is anyone else facing this issue? And is there an official fix from EA?

    Thanks for reporting the issue with Hero Quest getting stuck at 7/20. I’ve passed your feedback on to the game team for review. Please be patient while they investigate what’s causing it — I know it’s frustrating when your progress gets blocked, and I appreciate you taking the time to flag it.

    I’ll share any updates as soon as we have more information.

    Yes I have the same problem it’s stuck at 7/20

    additionally train 18 players to level 30 quest also Stuck at 15/18 as I have 18 players already trained level 30.

    Hello EA Team,

    I have been logging in every day and claiming the login rewards, but the Hero Chronicles quest “Greetings (Claim 20 Login Rewards)” is not progressing. It has been stuck at 7/20 for several days.

    Please check and fix this issue.

    Is there any update on this please as I have exactly the same problem on ipad

    i note that there is some advice on other posts to come out of the game before daily reset and i’ve tried this, including shutting down the ipad, but coming back after reset and problem still continues with no movement on daily count.  This seems to be a long term problem, has this not been resolved?

    Dear EA FC Mobile Team,

    I am writing to report a bug related to one of the Hero Quests achievements in the game.

    The Problem:

    The quest titled "Greetings - Claim 20 Login Rewards" is currently stuck for my account. Despite logging into the game daily and successfully claiming the Daily Login Reward, the progress for this quest remains at 7/20 and does not increase.

    My Details:

    My FC Mobile User ID: [removed]

    Platform: Android 15

    Device Model: Xiaomi Poco F5

    Steps I have taken (What I do daily):

    1. I open the FC Mobile application.

    2. I navigate to the [Event/Login] section and manually claim the Daily Login Reward

    3. I check the Hero Quests tab, but the counter remains at 7/20.

    Expected Result:

    The counter should increase by 1 for each day I successfully claim the Daily Login Reward, allowing me to complete the quest and receive the final rewards (such as Mascheranos, Gems, etc.).

    Could you please investigate this issue and manually adjust the quest progress for my account, or provide a fix for this bug?

    My Hero Quest progress for ‘Claim 20 Login Rewards’ has been stuck at 7/20 even after claiming login rewards daily for more than 37 days. How to reset progress?
