Hero Quest Stuck at 7/20

Hi, I’ve been logging in daily and claiming the calendar rewards in FC Mobile, but my Hero Quest “Greetings – Claim 20 Login Rewards” is stuck at 7/20.

It hasn’t moved for over a month, even though I always claim the daily login rewards. I already tried restarting, clearing cache, and reinstalling the game, but the quest still won’t update.

Is anyone else facing this issue? And is there an official fix from EA?

I have read all the post and Im another victim of this bug, Im currently stuck at 7/20 in hero greeting quest and I have tried all the method like completely log out or clear cache before new days, can someone help me pls

Hi EA Support,

I’m doing the Hero Quest event in FC Mobile to get the Premium Hero Logo. I’ve completed all the other tasks, but the “Claim a login reward for 20 days” objective is stuck at 7 even though I’ve collected the daily login rewards for more than 20 days. I always claim them from the Daily Login tab, not from mail or events.

Please check my account and fix the progress for this quest so I can complete it and get the Premium Hero Logo.

Hello EA Support,

I’m having an issue with my daily login rewards in EA Sports FC Mobile.
The “Collect 20 Login Rewards” mission has been stuck at 7/20 for about two weeks, even though I’ve been logging in every day.

I’ve already tried restarting the game, updating it, and clearing cache, but the progress still doesn’t move.

Could you please check my account and fix the counter or reset the mission so it can progress again?

Hi EA Team,

Dear FC Mobile Game Master,
I need help with my quest, i am login everyday but my “Heroes Chornicles Quest” never be done. It Says 7 of 20 Login.
I hope you help this out, it quest should be finished since i know im login every single day
