Hero Quest Stuck at 7/20

Hi, I’ve been logging in daily and claiming the calendar rewards in FC Mobile, but my Hero Quest “Greetings – Claim 20 Login Rewards” is stuck at 7/20.

It hasn’t moved for over a month, even though I always claim the daily login rewards. I already tried restarting, clearing cache, and reinstalling the game, but the quest still won’t update.

Is anyone else facing this issue? And is there an official fix from EA?

    I am writing to report a bug related to one of the Hero Quests achievements in the game.

    The Problem:

    The quest titled "Greetings - Claim 20 Login Rewards" is currently stuck for my account. Despite logging into the game daily and successfully claiming the Daily Login Reward, the progress for this quest remains at 7/20 and does not increase
