Heroes chronical and icon chronical login quest stuck issue

I only got 7 days count on quest of heroes chronical and later login days not counted and also icon chronical 30 days login quest not counted and stuck on 7 days this happened to newly users please EA fix issue of login I can't claim my reward but this problem not occur in pitch beats event quest.I also attached screen shot as well.
